This Privacy Policy describes how Orchards Infrastructure (“TornadoBuddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.tornadobuddy.xyz (the “Site”). TornadoBuddy is an educational information website about tornadoes, severe weather safety, storm science, live radar and tracker resources, and weather cameras for children, parents, teachers, and families.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregated, privacy-focused traffic data, including general geographic location (country level), browser type, device category, pages visited, and referring sites. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use third-party advertising cookies for this purpose and is designed to measure site usage without building individual user profiles. We do not combine analytics data with names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information (PII) because we do not collect that PII on the Site.

Our live weather camera map displays public camera feeds only and does not track individual visitors’ locations. If a parent or guardian believes we have received information from a child under 13, contact us at Orchards@tutamail.com. We will promptly investigate and delete such information as required by law.

Parents and teachers should supervise children’s use of the internet, severe weather resources, and any purchases made through outbound links.

We retain analytics and server log data only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and reporting, typically for a limited rolling period defined by Cloudflare and our hosting providers. Affiliate networks retain tracking data according to their own program policies.
